Weekend Vibes

Happy Monday friends!

What a beautiful weekend we had.  The weather here in the ROC has been so gorgeous and HOTT! I love it.  Friday morning I did a grocery run (they had blue cheese finally– just in time for smoked wings season wahoo!)

Afternoon came and we went over to collect a lockbox and take a quick photo of our newest buyer in his new home! So exciting. This is the home that had a fire last July, so it literally took almost a year to renovate the entire house (it needed blue prints, new drywall, fresh paint, floors redone, and completely new kitchen/bath!) We also met our guy to put in new glass block windows for the basement as well. If you’re looking for a rent to own home, check us out on Facebook.  We have more homes coming soon. So happy for you Sean!

We also checked out a house on the water for a potential flip, but man oh man, it is quite a piece of work! There are many levels that would need to be cleared so we could actually do something with and make it happen…and I don’t know if the numbers and amount of man power/energy would be worth it.  More on that later. I didn’t bring my phone, so no photos, sorry!

Saturday morning we all took a little morning trip to the beach to celebrate the start of Summer.  It was heavenly!

Joe took Brooke the day before, and of course Bradley and I wanted to go as well.  It’s right where the Bay meets the Lake and it was so peaceful.

Seeing the sun sparkle on water has got to be one of my favorite things.  I’m someone who really needs to be by the water more often. I feel like my soul craves it! It brings me so much happiness and I feel so calm.

I think we found new “headquarters” for the Summer too.  We can bring some chairs, find an umbrella and set up shop for a few hours.  I think YES.

How pretty is this path?

Once we got home Saturday, we enjoyed a porch lunch and the kids played while Joe and I brainstormed and worked a bit.  We dined on bacon wrapped scallops and those smoked chicken wings I always rave about.  So. Darn. Good.

Sunday morning Joe and Brooke went on a little morning adventure again and brought me back a Green Tea Latte from ‘bux!  I know it was Father’s Day, but I was super grateful he thought of me haha!

Joe took a mid morning nap so I kept the kiddos quiet outside for as long as I could…

And to give off some awesome Monday Morning Vibes~go get it this week!  I spent some time Sunday listening to Super Attractor again, and working on manifestation.  I have been feeling a little bit more fear, as most people may with all of this craziness going on, and I am working on shifting that mindset.  Fear is the opposite of love, and as I mentioned in this blog post awhile back, you must keep going and always choose love.
