It’s such a gorgeous sunny day here in SWFL (Southwest Florida) hovering around a perfect 75 degrees here in January. Joe and I took the liberty of working from home today with our acquisitionist.
I spent the morning homeschooling our kiddos while Joe and Lexi spoke to sellers and analyzed deals. Years ago I would have dreamed to have this life, but we were tied to JOBS and forced to live in the gray and cold NY Winters. If only I knew then how feasible it was.
In March of 2020, we turned our dream of being full time real estate investors into reality and decided to jump all in. Joe walked away from his six figure career and we took a chance on US.
Was it scary? Hell yeah. Was it worth it? Abso-freaking-lutely.
It’s more than possible for you to do the same.
Since then we have helped students leave their full time jobs, do real estate deals without a ton of money out, none of their own credit and without going to banks. We’ve done over 70 deals and continue to grow the community to learn about creative financing.
We have done 1:1 mentoring, but that is full.

Joe and I are nothing special– an English teacher and a finance manager of a car dealership.
Together we knew our main goal was to live life on our terms. To work together and own a real estate business.
That means we get to live near a beach, homeschool our children and eventually travel the world (Italy is on our vision board!)
What does life on your terms look like to you?
We get one life and it is up to us how we choose to spend our time, how we serve others and what differences we can make.
In this shifting market, the BRRRR Strategy doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. If you’re self employed, getting a loan may not be feasible, and honestly, it was the Rent to Own model that truly did it for me. Helping another person own a home while not having to make maintenance or repairs, all while collecting a big front end check, monthly cash flow and another check when the tenant buyer cashes you out.
We start Monday. Module 1 will open up and it is packed full of our personal stories on Mindset. Without a solid foundation of mindset, this business can be very hard to do.
Both Joe and I still work on our own mindset every single day and that is why we are pouring our hearts into this course to share with you.
It’s not about what your mom, brother, uncle, friend, neighbor or some stranger on the internet says about you, it’s about following your calling to be something more.
