Easy Holiday DIY Ideas

Making your own wreath is surprisingly easy, requires little floral expertise, and can be more cost-effective than buying a pre-made one. Not to mention, you can dress it up however you’d like!

Materials for your #DIYWreath:

✔️ garland (a 20-ft one is quite standard)

✔️ wire cutters

✔️ floral wire

✔️ a metal hoop (or any other shape you’d like to create the wreath frame).

Then, simply coil the garland onto the frame, layering it and wiring it all together as you layer. Then add any decor you’d like and voila!

Have you made your own wreath? Do you have any insider tips to add?

I want to make this Christmas day!! We love caprese, and this is so festive! You just need fresh basil, mozzarella cheese & tomatoes.  Sprinkle sea salt, olive oil and have some bread or crostini!

Waffle style pretzels

Hershey kisses (I grabbed 3 kinds—hugs, sugar cookie, and regular chocolate kiss!)

Holiday Green & Red m&ms

Pre-heat oven 350

👉🏻Place pretzels on sheet.

👉🏻My kids love to help unwrap all the kisses and place them on the pretzels.

👉🏻2 minutes in the oven to just warm the chocolate

👉🏻Carefully place m&ms on the softened kiss

👉🏻 Allow to cool

Enjoy this sweet & salty holiday treat! ❤️

We make these every year. Perfect addition to your cookie 🍪 tins or for a new baker!! 🙌

Perfect for after dinner, to pull out after playing in the snow or cuddling by the fire watching a movie, these will warm your whole family up!  Here are some “Hot Cocoa Charcuterie Board” Inspo:

I love the decorated holiday trays all over Instagram! I used a festive tray and placed a few of my favorite Christmas mugs and a candle, and a tree for a fun table centerpiece.  You don’t have to go shopping, just look at what you already have and piece it all together.

I also love pulling out old Christmas photos and having a dish of candy on the counter.  (The kids and Joe enjoy this too!)

Make brownies according to the box, then cut them into triangles/shape of tree! Decorate.
