One of my 21 Day habits I chose is to do yoga daily for at least 10 minutes. I always feel better after moving, and 10 minutes seemed doable and there are does I even go longer!
I have been doing this for a week straight now, and each day at some point (preferably morning) I go to You Tube and search in Yoga With Adrienne. I literally put in whatever I am feeling. So far it’s been stuff like Yoga for back and neck, yoga for anxiety, yoga to fall asleep, sitting yoga and today I did this fun one and had Bradley join me.
Have you ever practiced yoga daily? I’m finding that it’s truly helping my breathing and feeling a bit calmer during the end of school year chaos.
