Let me tell you about the man who makes all of this possible—Joe, my husband, and the visionary behind our real estate business.
He’s the kind of guy who wakes up every day asking, “How can we be 1% better?” Always tweaking, always pushing forward, always looking for the next way to grow. Two years ago, he thought an office was the missing piece for us.
But, as it turns out, what really makes him thrive is working from home—having lunch with me and the kids, breathing in the fresh air outside (without freezing in some office space!). I mean, who wouldn’t love that kind of freedom, right?
But that’s just the surface. What sets Joe apart is his unwavering determination. I’ll never forget Summer 2022. We were packing up our entire house to sell it and move to Florida in 45 days. We had a one of our BIGGEST wholesale deals locked up. Marco. Island.
Our buyer? They backed out at the last possible minute.
And let me tell you, I was ready to throw in the towel. I was frustrated, overwhelmed, and needed his help packing.
But not Joe. He was on the phone, battery down to 2%, calling anyone who might have a million dollars lying around to close the deal the next day.
While I was in the thick of chaos, ready to give up, Joe was still fighting for that deal like nothing else mattered. THAT’S Joe. He doesn’t just talk about perseverance; he lives it. And that’s one of the many reasons I love him so deeply.
Joe pours his heart into every single thing we do—whether it’s working with sellers, helping buyers, or coaching our amazing clients. His energy is boundless, and his passion? It’s contagious. Sure, he’s not always the most organized when it comes to small details (Google Calendar literally changed our lives over here, not being dramatic!), but what he lacks in micro-managing, he makes up for in drive and heart.
One of the things I cherish most about Joe? He never takes time with our kids for granted. He missed a few precious years when they were younger, caught up in work, but now? He’s all in. He actually prefers being the one to take them to karate and aerial lessons—and don’t even get me started on how he made that last-minute Taylor Swift concert happen for our family. His commitment to showing up for them, for me, and for our business is what keeps us moving forward. He’s the glue, the grit, and the heart of this whole thing.
So here’s to Joe—the man who never stops dreaming, never stops pushing, and never stops believing. I couldn’t ask for a better partner in life or in business.
